School of Rock Nashville, Franklin, and Mt. Juliet will return to historic Ryman Auditorium on Wednesday, July 20 for their 4th Annual “Rockin’ The Ryman” show benefiting Autism Tennessee. The schools’ performance program bands will perform music from the following tribute shows: Fleetwood Mac, Roots of Rock, School of Rock: Greatest Hits, That ’70s Show, Back to the ’80s, Best of the ’90s, and Arena Rock.

“There’s nothing like playing in your hometown at the best venue in America: Ryman Auditorium,” says owner, Kelly McCreight. School of Rock annually hosts a benefit to support local nonprofits that support Nashville’s youth, and this year a portion of ticket sales will support Autism Tennessee. Autism TN not only supports the needs of individuals with autism and their families, but celebrates the uniqueness and hope that comes from finding community. Like School of Rock, we aim to celebrate a community of individualism and encourage our students to rock not just in music, but life.

“This is my absolute favorite School of Rock event of the year,” says Regional Director, Sarah Bryant. “I have never seen so much talent in children, and the opportunity to play at the Ryman is a dream come true for all musicians. It’s amazing to accomplish being on that stage at an early age. These are wonderful kids and teens that work hard and create a special community at School of Rock. I look forward to seeing what students will return as a headlining act!”

School of Rock is the original performance-based, interactive music school with more than 300 locations. The original location was founded in 1998 in Philadelphia.
